service at new parts department is absolutely shocking.i have called 4 times for one heldix pump and have had to wait for 30 min before i was directed to leave a voicemail, i finally managed to place the order, its been over a week, i am yet to see the part, i have been waiting on the phone as i am writing this review, it has been 25 min and still no answer.tukzar auto

Following a phone conversation with a member of staff, and after recieving a quote for a part, I travelled to Kenwick from Duncraig this morning to pick it up. The part, a door trim, was still in the vehicle and when we went to inpsect it, found it was damaged. All it would have taken is 2 minutes of somebody's time to check the part. Instead, I wasted 90 minutes of my time (and petrol) on a pointless journey.

Useless, don't even answer their phone and when they do you get put on hold. In the 5 times I called today I waited over 25 mins to be hung up on!

Danny helped me out with parts for VW Golf MKV. I am impressed with Danny's knowledge and advice.

At first I was not impressed as no one answered the phones. But! Once we had the order completed it was sent airfreight from Sydney to Perth where I needed the parts urgently. I have never had that good a service before to fix something.

One of the worst experience i ever had when purchasing secondhand engine for my business. paid more than $20,000 for 2 engines both took nearly decades to arrive and when it arrived it was no where near promised condition. things were taken apart, some broken snap bolts and oil leaks were all obvious... then expecting customer to be paying for it as its not part of warranty. Vic the boss there told that the engine was a running engine and still on car etc... once its fitted and start we found that timing was out then agreed to send us new timing kit (first kit was completely wrong, took 2 attempt to send the right kit so weeks more of wasting time) and then negotiate on labour with us. Car been with us for over 6 months now customer are frustrated and we have to follow up daily for solution and update. Never answer calls, reply that will call back but never call back. keep promising to sort out another engine but weeks after with no updates. Until now no news on what is next to come. Very poor service and lack of integrity from this company who say they're one of the biggest. Can't even take care of a regular trade customer like a much smaller local wrecker here.
