I come with my 4 kids, 2 my kids ve appoinment 10 years old n 5 years old. My 2 other kids 1 year old n 7 years old, one staff with black uniform sudenly with high voice like in fire kick my kids from waiting room while i do registered, she scream to my kids ask them out while they stand next to me, reason room no enough n kids must out, i said i do registration now why u so rude to my kids, she even dont care with 4 little kids, my question why rude staff u put in for public service. Its really no nice wht u did and no one can talk and stop that staff being rude.

Place looks like a post war clinic set up for survivals. Very Busy place. Staff, nurses and doctors are the most genuine people you can get. They all deserve an OAM.

Disgusting phone service. Was on hold for 40 minutes, regularly being told I was moving up the line. After finally being told I was second in the queue, I was told to hang up and try again another time.

The best dental clinic I've ever been to! The service is of the highest standard, staff are very polite and caring and professional.Dr Dona is the best dentist, she is very good, I have had 3 encounters with her for my teeth and she did a perfect job every time to fix my painful cavities I had. She is a very experienced dentist and has a light touch and makes you feel comfortable.I highly recommend Yagoona Dental Clinic to anyone who needs dental work done and is on a government health benefit.

The wait to get in wasn't nearly as long as I expected for a free clinic. I've been twice and both times the dentist was helpful and patient with me asking questions. When I had my tooth extracted I needed a good bit of numbing, but the dentist made sure that I was good and numb before doing the actual extraction. It was more of a difficult one as the tooth had to be cut into pieces to be removed, but it was completely painless. If you're like me, and getting a tooth pulled for the first time and are nervous about it, don't worry! The pain I felt all up was less than a mild paper cut.

There were signs everywhere at the reception stating that reception was now downstairs. Everyone that walked into the reception was confused about where the reception was. All the workers were on their lunch break so we sat waiting for them. The reception was the same place where the signs were. They should remove them.The dentist that served me was very caring, I have to get my wisdom tooth pulled out but due to my medical condition she decided it was best not to do anything until my condition was okay. Although that is painful for me it shows the level of care she had for me as pulling it out would cause me more problems.

Apart from the nice lightly colored hair lady at the reception the place is like faulty towers made me wait about two hours had to leave because the so called dentist was asking me what I think she should do while I was there to seek her opinion . 2 x rays wrong diagnosis another 2 x rays because I told her it is a different tooth than the one she diagnosed . was too worried she might pull the good teeth and leave the bad ones in .
