rice and noodle hut

Ordered here 3x. Flavour is too good. Price is affordable too. The only downside is the mere bits and pieces of meat in their fried rice.

I've had to update my review. Since they changed hands a while back it has gradually gone downhill. It is an excellent noodle Bar as that's 99% of your dish.Could highly recommend to vegans as meat is practically a no show in their meals.I don't know if I'm being picky however it always looks dirty and greasy in the shop with very little to no safe food prep. I think the decider for me was the flu inside the storage counter with the meats and seafood in it.Was a regular customer before but will be giving it a hard pass now.Good luck.

Unfortunately, this restaurant has landed on my 'do not reorder' list.What should have been teriyaki chicken and steamed rice arrived as some sad type of chicken broth with a distinct lack of steamed rice.Staring at my vegetable broth, with a sprinkling of chicken, I called the restaurant and after 5 minutes of discussion, during which the lady admitted to forgetting to include the rice in my order, I was told they would check with the manager regarding my missing half of my meal and was then promptly hung up on.Considering the lady failed to take my mobile number, I didn't hold my breath for a return call.5+ calls later they finally answered and advised they would not be delivering the missing half of my meal and I could either get the rice 'next time' or call Menulog.Considering I don't ever plan on purchasing their food again, it was an easy decision to contact Menulog.The good news is, in the time it took me to try and obtain my full order, and fail, I managed to pick through the brown broth and locate the few pieces of chicken hiding in there.

Today I had the Hokkien Mee Noodles with Chinese Sausage for lunch. it was superb! Excellent! tasty!

Customer service was absolutely unenthusiastic and made myself repeat a few times, didnt smile at customer let alone greet them, kept on asking what im ordering and not listening, just constantly repeating myself. Ordered special seafood yet got this (refer to photos). On the menu, it showed crispy noodles with thick sauce (to soften the noodles, number 44 on menu). In the seafood" special noodle

Sadly disappointing. And what's even worse is that it's my own fault - I read all the poor reviews and decided to order anyway (in my defence I was hungry ok). I ordered the Beef Ho Fun but got this... The whole point of the ho fun" is that it's extremely wide flat rice noodles. Like an inch wide. These were half a cm wide at best. The meat was very poor quality also. Just overall very disappointing."

Finally found decent Chinese food in my area! Every dish we've tried has been delicious. Can't comment on customer service as we ordered through uber but the food is so good.

I ordered the chicken carbonara last night through menulog. It was absolutely soggy, mushy, tasteless and overcooked. There was no salt or flavouring at all, it looked like porridge! I sent my issue through to menulog and in the meantime called the restaurant who advised they would speak to the manager and they couldn't refund.I received an email today from menulog advising that they are unable to refund me due to policy.... HAVE YOU SEEN THE PHOTOS?!!!! I paid $20 for something inmates eat in prison! DISGUSTING!!I wish I read their reviews before ordering as well! Smh!!!!

I was so disappointed in this meal. I ordered through uber eats. It somehow has a 4.8 rating and the pictures of the food looked great so it seemed worth also paying higher delivery fee (triple ever other restaurant). What we received was unenjoyable, overpriced and very little amount of food. I could barely find the Mongolian beef amongst the stew it was in. Do not order from here. Not worth your money.

Rubbish. I've tried twice now but unfortunately they seem to consistently just blatantly rip you off. Tiny portions where trying to find more than one piece of meat in a dish becomes the norm.Full of filler like cabbage and some dishes not even close to tasting right.Either the cook only cares about ripping people off or he or she are in the wrong profession...AVOID
