Terrible ! Terrible ! Terrible customer service !!! Extremely unprofessional !!!Staff keep talking not even waiting customer to talk. The attitude is terrible, almost yell ！！Who picked the phone don't even know the range of the product.

never trust this company.never do job on timeI don't know how builders hire themtoday the carpet installer came to my house and started to cry that who is going to lift the furniture s as they were told about it.Because of this company my house as been left in a mess.Please ignore if you can.

We used Custom Carpets to replace floorboards and carpets in 4 rooms. Their service was exceptional at all times & nothing was too difficult for them. Chris & Matt helped and guided us all the way. It took me 2 weeks to get someone out for a quote. Then after that it’s been 7 weeks calling trying to get the quote after being told someone will get back to me soon. Last week I gave up on this useless company because how can I trust someone in my house when they can’t even do something that takes minimum a day to measure and quote and call me back.I called iflooring carlingford last week and my whole apartment is being done today. If I could given custom carpets 0 stars I would.
