Highly recommended!Flow Yoga have very knowledgeable instructors and offer a wide range of classes to suit all levels of ability and fitness.They provide a varied class schedule to fit in with our busy lives.Their app makes it easy to find and book in to classes.Yoga mats provided along with blocks and other essential equipment.

I have gone to many of Ellie's classes now and with each class I am enjoying more and more. Being new to yoga I am really enjoying Ellie's classes not just for the fitness but also for her teaching to me listen, appreciate, and love what my body can do.

Flow Yoga and Movement is transformative, I honestly couldn't thank Ellie enough for the wonderful impact she and the practice has had on my life. Her calm supportive energy always leaves me inspired to give anything a try.Even if you've never tried yoga or strength training -- or disliked it in the past-- definitely give Flow Yoga and Movement a visit, the studio is beautiful!She has lots of options for those travelling through the area as well, great for a pre/post surf or mountain bike session
