SportsCare Dickson, Woolley Street
Went to Lisa the physio and Sam the exercise physiologist. Both were fantastic. Lisa helped me fix the problems I was having, but Sam is amazing if you want to do the right exercise to prevent that pain from occuring in future. Didn't realise how useful the exercise physiologist appointment would be until I went. Highly recommend!
