Came in looking for several books, but was not greeted or asked if I needed help. I eventually left without being able to find anything. When exiting the store I said goodbye to the woman at the desk, and she literally looked at me, frowned, and did not respond. Truly awful customer service. I will not be returning.

Whilst there is a large variety of books on offer, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.The woman never smiles or makes you feel welcome which is paramount in order to retain the customer base. I have felt like I'm barging in at times. I fail to understand how one can work in customer service yet not even crack a smile or be welcoming. Not good customer service and it'll put people off returning. I would think twice before buying a book there. The only saving grace is a vast array of books which I love, unfortunately the customer service makes it an unpleasant experience.
