Our Subaru broke down at Wodonga while we were enroute to catch the Spirit of Tasmania that afternoon. If I could give ten stars, I would. Johnny went above, beyond and out of this world to provide the most extraordinary customer service I’ve ever received. With his commitment, my car was able to get a replacement engine through Toyota, even though it was out of warranty. He worked tirelessly, always focused on the outcome. After the engine replacement was done at Toyota, Johnny insisted on reviewing and test driving the car to ensure it was done to his high standards. I feel so fortunate and grateful to have had Johnny and Lisa’s support throughout a very stressful time, and 100% recommend J&L Perri Automotive.

I am new to the area and had an issue I needed fixing straight away to ensure my daughter was driving a road worthy car. I had no idea who to go to and so I asked Steve at Repco for advice. He said John at J&L has a lot of boys there and although busy he may be able to help. I called J & L and John said to come around straight away and he would get it sorted. He was very helpful, pleasant, got the job done and his employee was also great. He also didn't charge me due to the circumstances. Great service along with kindness. Thank you.
