Sushi Fresh

What a surprisingly great find on a Saturday morning! Super tasty food and fantastic service, definitely recommended! My wife and kids reckon the sushi rolls were some of the best they've had!

Have eaten at many different sushi joints in my life, but this is honestly fantastic. Hands down the best sushi I have ever had, let alone the ramen and the donburi dishes are literally to die for. Do yourself a favour and try this place just once and you'll be hooked.

Picked up a Teriyaki Chicken Combo Bento for lunch and was very impressed with the large serving size. The food was very tasty and I look forward to trying more of the menu.

Excellent food, great atmosphere and lovely staff. The ramen katsu was crispy (the chicken) and the noodles firm but juicy, with a great flavoursome soup base. The unagi sushi made to order was lovely and sweet, and not too big. Hadn't expected a placed tucked into the back of Fyshwick to be so good!

Won’t be coming back for this overly expensive bland ramen. Staff was nice though. But I really need to say something about this Ramen. I tried having more than I should just cause of the price I paid for, but obviously I couldn’t after 3 spoon full. I left it at that. So sad

Simply incredible. Great value, good food in an unexpected place.

Really tasty, I ended up getting the pork udon soup, some tempura and a set of takoyaki. Takoyaki was missing the usual trimmings of the Kewpie Mayo, bonito, sliced green onion and the Japanese BBQ sauce but honestly it wasn't a deal breaker. Everything is super fresh. Super nice little place in fyshwick, and the owners are super friendly too.Hope to go back soon, they make great food

Fantastic service. Lovely staff. Absolutely delicious food! The bento box is a must! Very generous servings. I will be coming back ❤️❤️❤️

I have been there twice now for a slightly late lunch (around 1pm), once just after they opened and just recently, unfortunately both times have been... disappointing. Both times I was the only customer and both times my order was wrong (the last time wrong twice!), and both times I was well overcharged. To their credit they did refund the difference without an issue, it was only plain Salmon nigiri, so one wouldn't consider that a difficult order. In fact, the last time, even though I asked them if they were happy to make 10 nigiri as they only had mixed sushi box sets made up and they said yes, in the end they raided 3 pre-made sets to make mine. I guess Sushi FRESH" is just a business name and not a business practice or principle. Even Sushi train places make nigiri fresh if you ask them and they epitomise "pre-made"I am glad that most customers have found their experience good there and I guess I could try for third time lucky

Very underwhelmed with the portions of food here. Seriously overpriced for the location we are at (an industrial estate). Ramen was priced at $18.50 a bowl but the soup was simply not up to mark. I was shocked at how expensive the “deluxe” roll was at $3.20 a slice! Salmon sushi roll was priced at $5.50, back in Metro Melbourne, they are going for about $3.20 to $3.90 and even come with avocado. I really cannot understand how this establishment can garner a 4.7 star rating.
