Natural Nails and Waxing

I went to this saloon to wax my eyebrows. It was my first time to experience their service. I requested for my eye brows to just be cleaned and to follow my normal line, however what I ended up with was a horrified version of my eye brows. I would rate this service as 1/2 a star because i ended up leaving with both my eye brows in different shape and size. I hope that this service will be reminded to put customers wishes first and not do things the way they want to.

Instant regret. As soon as I asked if they had washed the sink of the chair I was about to sit in, they politely said yep. After watching while I waited that whole time, that was a lie. I went ahead with the treatment being the only chance I had. Then as the tools started to get pulled out I noticed they weren’t sterilised and they used the same file on me as the lady before me. So gross.Constructive criticism, please improve your hygiene practices.

Went to have gel polish. Very disappointing. My nails look terrible, you can see through the polish and my nails should have been given a 3rd coat They also cut my nails without asking! My own fault for not being assertive enough but I honestly expected more and after seeing the end result I didn't want them doing anything else. Will be painting over them myself.

Very poor hygiene practices, AVOID.I have developed fungal nails after going to this salon, I don't usually get my nails done so it is definitely from here.Don't use liners in their basins, don't wash down the basins. I watched as the tech grabbed a file that had just been used on another client and used it on me - she was so quick I didn't have a chance to say anything before she was already filing away. 0 Stars if I could. Doctor said my nails are going to be messed up for a year, maybe longer.

I had a terrible experience! Asked for French tip and more than half my nail was white not given the option for painted on tips.Staff were not helpful and not willing to make this a better experience, they are just money hungry and don’t care about customer service NOT very AUSTRALIAN!!Will not recommend and will not be back to this business ever.

I went to get an eyebrow tint, and I looked in my photo camera while we were waiting for the tint to develop and there were tint stains all up around my eyebrow on my skin and I asked her about the stains and she said they will come off in the shower. A pre schooler could’ve done better. And I asked for an eyebrow brush and the thing looked like it had been used all covered in dust and stuff. I’m not one to argue and if I do I will speak very polite about it which I did, and the woman approached me in a very aggressive and disrespectful manner.

I went to get a pedicure and manicure on the 24th of April for a wedding in cairns on the 27th, by the 25th the corners on some nails already started peeling away.It hasn’t even been a week and 5 nails are already peeling away.Absolute waste of $55. I’m not even going to look at my toes.They give you a basket of colours to choose from but then don’t give you the exact colour you want. I chose a very light pink colour and they came back with brown, lucky I noticed. The colour then ended up finding wasn’t what I was after but thought I’d choose my battles.The lady doing my fingers was too busy talking and cut a cuticle and bleed, she then proceeded to use skin from my other nails that she had cut to put on top of the cut.

While the store experience wasn't too bad other than being a little rough, my toe became inflected soon after leaving the store. I then lost my toe nail! Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Pretty annoyed if i could choose less than 1 star i would. Paid $65 for a mani and pedi and I think they made my foot look worse. The paint on both was rushed. And the service was poor. I don't know what was worse the stabbing of the massage chair or feeling the latex gloves while getting my hands and feet massaged" because she didnt apply enough lotion. It was supposed to be a therapeutic experience for a bride to be and her bridesmaid
