Really amazing people. From the receptionist to the Vets, they know and love what they are doing. You and your loved ones feel welcomed and valued there. My Shih Tzu had chronic skin and ear issues, and was seeing another practice for almost two years, but the issue remained the same. Following a suggestion from my friend, we went to Kooringal Vets. Dr. Sharlet did a thorough examination, and explained everything in detail. The diagnosis was perfect and our little one is in her old self. Thanks a heap.

My 16 year old cat began to require critical medicine monthly to stay alive. I would always order two weeks ahead of time to find that they had on 3 seperate occasions lost it, not ordered it or sold it to someone else. The receptionist was horribly incompetent and rude. The vets were good but I just can't ever go back there again this cat is family and they didn't have the care needed to help me. Going to lake Rd vet from now on.

i was looking after a kitten for a while and wanted to check if he had a microchip so we could get him microchipped and the vet took our kitten off us and said they’re sending him to the pound other vets said they shouldn’t have done that, it was heartbreaking to lose our kitten :( -0/10
