Unfortunately our new used car was taken to Daly & Richards for a road worthy certificate. When we picked the car up today, the key is in bits. No apology, no offer to help fix it. Just a nonchalant “oh yeah, that fell apart”. Not impressed.

I Bought a car from Dalby recently, and we live 6 hours away. With all the uncertainty around not being able to see or test drive ect, we Google searched a mechanic, went with the good rating these guys had, and the very next day Matt went and did a full check over the vehicle for us, took many photos and gave us the report. Besides the fantastic service regarding the car and great communication the guys there were just so helpful. Even Kristy who answered the phone calls!! And also charged us a great price !!Thank you so much guys, really appreciate it.

Told me that I needed new struts in the front, so they did both together as it should be done, turns out driver side strut shock is already making noise after 4 months and they are completley different companies.
