There customer side one billing screen is not working from months. They just bill on their own and you even can't check the weights of items. Don't know what standard of service they are offering in Australia. Even as a customer I have told them twice for this but it don't have any impact on them. seems I need to change the shop.

At This place, Their customer side LCD to display bill is not working from last few months. They will weigh on their own and you have to trust that they are doing right. Don't know what authorities are doing in this .

CHEATERS, Arrogant and Rude staffSelling HALAL in an unethical and cheating manner.Try what I did and see it yourself :)First Time: (5kg for $50) Went to buy beef curry, front 2 trays are loaded with good looking proper meat. Top tray closer to staff member had a bit too much of big bones. I asked staff member to give me from the other 2 trays and was told We are not allowed to do it". I left saying cant pay for the bones as beef curry normally has 50% of bones and 50% of meat.Second Time: It was a weekday and all 3 trays were equally filled with some nice looking meat on the top. I again asked for 5kg for $50. This time the lady started filling the bag I stepped back a little so I could see whats happening. I saw she is leaving the good meat on the tray as it is and picking the bones and rubbish from under the meat she filled the 2-2.5kg bag. I Stopped her to ask "why are you only giving me bones

In the name Halal meat, they may be selling sus-standard meat. Always got bad experience of smell during cooking. Very expensive and not revommended to buy meat from this place.

There is absolutely no standards here, tons of feedback to share but i will keep it to only few instances, I am sure owner does not even bother to read this anyway and this feedback will just be going in a wishing well. For customers - just don't go there.Last week I asked for lamb shanks. They gave me frozen ones and did not even tell me about that. I realised it only after I reached home and took shanks out to cook it for dinner. Had to convince upset family that I will cook it asap. Spent lot of time defrosting etc. Today I asked for fish and the lady did not even know there exists a fish called pomfret, she was puzzled and came back saying no stock. I asked if she has any other fish of similar kind, she looked puzzled again (I was at their store at 6:45pm). I had a doubt that she is saying no stock because they have to clean and cut the fish. So I asked her if it's no stock or out of time. Her response was 'no time hence no stock'. LOL. One bad thing they do is, they close their cutting shop/machine one hour prior to closing time. And today closing time is 8pm. So clearly they are not sticking to their words and there is no transparency from lady who was at the store.Thanks for reading my long feedback.

The display price for lamb bbq chops displayed $16.99 they gave me another meat different from displayed one I ask why ? They said the one that’s here is $25. Dishonest and bad customer service

Today I wanted to get a snapper to go on the BBQ. My number was called I put my hand up the tall woman said wait a min. I waited and waited. She then called out another number and looked at me . I said I'm still waiting. She came over and said yes oviously you are. I asked for my fish to be gutted. I them waited another 20 min to get the gutted fish that I payed for . 45 min for one fish. Very rude lady with attitude. The young lady there was nice and noticed I was there for ages. She did reasure me it was coming. Never again will I go back. This was the second time I had to wait for ever to get one thing.

One stop shopping - you can get all you need from this shop. Staff are friendly .Fresh meat , price compared to other shops in Melbourne area is cheaper that's why I go there once a month that takes 1hr drive from my place. More staff so you do not have to wait for long.Communication through mobile, online etc is poor which needs to be improved. But it is understandable as staff are busy almost all time during the day.

I am an Owner in the center & today when I visited your store, your staff was rude to such an extreme level it was terrible. Two ladies served me who were both wearing a maroon scarf & dealt with me in a despicable manner throughout the service. When I asked how my number got skipped I was told that I wasn’t paying attention or listening to them and at the end of the service I cudnt see the machine to see the total amount & asked them to tell me 2 times & I got such a strong roll of eyes!I am in retail as well & if my staff was to behave like this with my customers I would be very embarrassed and will not expect to get their business again.Please change your attitude if you would like your business to prosper. .
