Doctor Ali Isaoui is one of the most thorough as well as kind and thoughtful doctors I’ve ever met, sends you to the right place if needed but puts your mind at ease if needed. I recommend him to friends and neighbours all the time

Not a complaint as I understand you are very busy and it's impossible to keep all appointments to the booked time but I always seem to have a lengthy wait. Today I waited 45 minutes and two weeks ago I waited 50 minutes. I am very happy with the doctors and the ladies in the office are great, friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and clean.....Just the waiting time.

My experience with Dr Mousavi was fantastic. She is friendly and respectful and I felt very at ease during my skin check procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Mousavi to friends and family.

Dr Ali is a very empathetic doctor who genuinely listens to his patients. I have had a number of medical problems for a few years, I have seen many doctors but I have felt the most listened to and respected as a person by Dr Ali. I feel he genuinely cares about his patients and their well being.

Dr Ali Issaoui has been so great with my kids, especially my son. He goes above and beyond to resolve concerns and is friendly and professional. I was very nervous about finding a good GP in the area, and I'm very happy that Meroo St Family practice has such great doctors

The receptionists are always nice and friendly.The nurse makes you feel comfortable and at ease.The GP's are very caring and thorough.Easy to get appointments on my health engine too.

I have been seeing Dr. Bu at Meroo street Practice. The staff at the reception are very supportive and courteous. Dr. Bu is respectful, thorough and professional in her care and treatment. I highly recommend Meroo Street Practice.

Disappointing visit yesterday due to the long wait which was 45 minutes after my appointment time before I saw my Dr surely a quick call from reception to let patients know not to rush would be polite? Also disappointed that a service that was offered free last month heart check is now $100 +. I was overseas recently and received a message from the practice to call them. I did this and went through an absolutely ridiculous convoluted call centre type call which I continued to wait 30 mins and still did not get through despite costing as I was still overseas. On my return I was informed that no one could tell me what the call was about. The Doctors I have seen at the practice are great once you get in however the increased expense and waiting time is putting me off screening my own health.

Attended the centre for a skin specialist and was not disappointed. Very professional, thorough and welcoming. Highly recommend Dr Mousavi to anyone with skin issues
