Very expensive product range; the consultant's suggested products are very expensive when compared to pricing online - between $15 - $30 more! No discussion about the cost and whether you can afford or not. Be careful. Shop around and shop on line. The consultant only recommends a gut health product made by the owner of the shop and this is not told to the customer. I went to find it online and couldn't find it anywhere - until I saw that it was distributed via a company associated with the health shop itself - the owner. When I raised this with the owner, he became aggressive and incredibly unfriendly / defensive and rude. It's challenges such as these questions, which more than often reveal the true character of a person - when the persona is presented as 'nice and friendly'. When you are cajoled into spending hundreds of dollars on supplements without any discussion - people will always be 'nice and friendly'. Shop around and ask questions.

Excellent service and the shop is stocked with lots of healthy items. Staff go the extra mile in ordering in products not in stock and there prices very reasonable.

Had a consultation with Sabine there & was really impressed with the high calibre of knowledge, product & service. Products in store don't have any of the nasties a lot of online products have & love knowing that whatever I buy there is high quality. Staff are delightful & really helpful.

Gado gado pie was tasty. Matcha latte great. Recommend coconut milk! Mango, banana, tumeric and coconut milk was great.
