BUYER BEWARE! I requested a receipt. They refused to print one out and then to make things worse they tried to get me to pay again so they could print one out! I showed them my bank statement where the funds had come out. She continued to argue that I hadn't paid and wrote down my number plate. Shocking.

When you come inna small group of families and without any kind of notice or signage the playground is closed for a function... what's the point of having it if it's closed to private groups, they're kids, let them play.

Show up to get petrol and there is no one in the store, wait for over 10 minutes before I can fill my car. No apology for the service attendant for having to wait and when I asked if there was a customer service email, was told that they don't have one, really bad service on a Saturday evening.

My wife and I have come here numerous times over the past year and it's a hit and miss with the staff.I've witnessed many bad things and very few good things.I've seen staff argue with customers and even witnessed one call a customer obese. I've also been incorrectly charged for coffee.A new guy there, Bryce, has been wonderful who always goes above and beyond.It just depends on what staff you get but there's a lot of room for improvement.

Extremely disappointed to find out that Bryce quit because of the dodgy things that were happening. He was the only reason why I would go here.

Came into the store just over a month ago my son with disabilities was having a meltdown cause I wouldn't buy him what he wanted the young guy behind the counter told him to go outside and wait for me
