We had Charlie come out to help us with our leaking taps. Both the kitchen and in the bathroom. He was on time, very polite and fixed our issues on the spot competently. He was also very generous with his advice about new bathroom renovations we are hoping to do in future. So thanks guys, fantastic service all around!

I have to give the highest rating. These guys were truly good on every level. I had 3 plumbing companies for a blocked drain and relining a 10 meters stretch of a damaged old clay pipe. They were substantially cheaper.Friendliness , professionalism and cleanliness have to be their trademarks. Definitely recommended ( thank you Ben Darby and specially Alex).

Chris was very efficient and friendly. He fixed the tap with a good price n even helped us to look at our kitchen tap. Would definitely recommend!

i had a water leak in my backyard and posted my issue on hipages. dial up plumbing sydney contacted me straight away to book a time. I am very pleased i got Charlie from dial up plumbing, he come on time even called 30min in advance, he took the time to go through the elimination process, answered my questions, took his shoes off in my house even though i asked him not too ( thankyou ) and was easy to deal with. Early this morning I had an issue with the hot water system.Rather than dialling around. I decided to ring Dial Up PlumbingReception was absolutely fantastic. She sent out messages within minutes regarding my initial call, directly to their experienced plumbers who contacted me ASAP.BeforeI knew it I was at home and Dial Up Plumbing arrived within an hour.Ben and Angelo were absolutely fantastic and very thorough…not only did they assess the situation but gave me options as to what I could do to rectify the issueEventually in the end I decided to replace the whole system.Not only did they pick up a new system the very same day, but they fit it in for me within an hour.They were very concise, effective and professional.By 1:30pm job was finished !!As for their efficiency, they knew exactly what they were doing and I wouldn’t have any hesitation in calling them again for any plumbing issues. Ben and Charlie had previously done work on my premises, replacing all my taps…It was only natural for me, just from the service they provided me (then) to hit speed dial and call them again….and once again, they proved why they’re the best and winners of awards.God bless all the Dial up Plumbing team, and wishing you all the best in 2023.I wouldn’t use any other plumbing service !! 5 star service without doubt.
