Dishonest business.They failed to deliver flowers I ordered for Valentine's even though I had called the day before to confirm they'd deliver to the address. After communication via email and PayPal they offered a full refund. However, still after 4 weeks, have not issued a refund.If I was treated this way on the most important day for a florist, I wouldn't expect any better treatment for an important birthday, wedding, or funeral.
