Used this company for online ordering for over 5 years 4 year's ago moved from WA to Vic. first thing you do is change your address in your account to your new address.After 3 orders Gong to my old address in WA l complained4 complaints later l have up trying to get this fixed.Closed account

Well packaged items, no breakages and timely delivery

Not impressed with customer service. Collected a Snooza cage and cover on the 21/06/22. Got home and unpacked everything to find the crate faulty. At the time we didn't know if it was the crate or the cover that was made incorrectly. I emailed with pictures that same day (21/06/22) to customer service to find out which product was in fact faulty. I don't have a store that is close to me and as Altona is just a click and collect there is no number to contact them directly.I finally received an email reply from my original email on the 23/06/22. To say that the person (David B) responding to my email wasn't familiar with that cage and there wasn't any cages available for him to test so he couldn't answer my question. He also asked if it was still an issue. I replied and stated it was still an issue and because it has taken him 2 days to reply I had contacted Snooza directly.With no help or answers or numbers to contact supplied by My Pet Warehouse I contacted Snooza directly. Hands down received the best customer service from Snooza. They responded straight away and confirmed that my cage was in fact faulty and they were organising a new one. I received constant updates and information from Snooza.My Pet Warehouse (Altona) was being sent my new replacement cage and I was supposed to be contacted when it arrived. Well you guessed it I was not contacted to state it was ready for me to collect.Poor poor customer service from My Pet Warehouse. 2 days + before I got any responses or replies to multiple emails. David B who was sending me emails from My Pet Warehouse was not helpful in the slightest. If he was not familiar in the product he could of him self reached out to snooza to find out, he could have supplied me with a contact or email information to contact snooza myself. He could have done something to help me but he did not. I just kept getting emails asking if it was still an issue or if I'd heard from Snooza. He had my contact number he could of called me to talk to me in person to make this a speedier process but alas he did not. It has taken over a week to rectify the situation with no help what so ever from My Pet Warehouse. I will not be doing another click and collect with this store again. That was my first and last.

Nice staff, Quick order time, direction are a bit bad to get there but other than that no issues
