IF YOU WANT TO GO TO VODAFONE STORE. DONT GO TO VODAFONE STORE IN WESTFIELD LIVERPOOL!!!!Those people who work at this Vodafone store in Liverpool are very stupid and can’t serve customer probably. I came there today and they took my money for the SIM card prepaid plan and served me with the bad attitude, I lost $30 and can’t still change plan. ESPECIALLY THE MAN ( Indian man I guess) he has a very bad attitude!AND THOSE PEOPLE WHO GAVE 5 STARS FOR THEM, THAT ARE ALL FAKE REVIEWS

Great customer service provided ! Plus the guy that helped my partner and I was so helpful and patient so happy with the whole process.

Awesome service. Been in this store every now and again for the last few years. The staff here know their stuff with mobile devices, They have always been helpful to me whether I was on prepaid or plan.

Fantastic service from Liverpool Westfield Vodafone Shop, excellent customer service, they even ported all my existing iPhone data and applications to new Phone. Can’t thank them enough to find perfect plan for me and my daughter. Great job guys and keep it up. Thanks.

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. If you have any problem they don’t provide solution at all and they’ve got a lot of attitude. It’s like someone is forcing them to work there. If you don’t like you job DONT DO IT. Especially the tall guy with glasses he’s rude and has a lot of attitude and bc of that I’ve recently changed from Vodafone to Telstra. If this company hire people like this they will loose a lot of customersGood luck.

Been with them a little over a year they increased the price of the mandatory plan that I was locked in with phone included by 20% when confronting them about and cancelling the discount on phone was cancelled so they've stung me for 33% more on what the phone would of costed and then to top it off a an 8 dollar fee to keep the number I brought over from my last provider very furious

Terrible terrible service. I bought a phone from them and asked to use a different phone number than the one associated with the device. The manager himself told and assured me than I can do that and I can pay monthly for the device only without paying anything for the Sim as I recharge my Sim separately. I found out that I have been paying for both the device and also the Sim which I am not even using, for 8 months, I payed an extra $320 for nothing, I have reported him and want to warn you that they give false information and waste your money. If they don't offer payments on a device alone, then they simply should not have given false information. Will make sure none of my family or friends use Vodafone. Very disappointed. They are completely unprofessional
