I went here on a Groupon voucher. $35 for a cut, wash and blow dry. There was a surcharge of $15 for my hair which was long so the total was $50. I had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly the the value for what I got was amazing.I got probably one of the best head massages I've ever had after the shampoo.I had a 30th birthday on that night the everyone said how great my hair looked.

Great, down to earth, no frills salon that know what they are doing! I went to get my haircut fixed up after a disaster layered cut. The lady knew exactly how to fix it & I was out of there within 30 minutes. I dont like a lot of fuss and being in the chair for hours so this was perfect for me! I will be back!

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Very bad and rude hairdressers. I booked an appointment for my mother few days before actually going there to get my Mum’s hair cut done. I spoke to one of the lady there on the phone and asked how much she will charge. She said $30 and secondly I asked her will you judge on the basis of my Mum’s hair (if it’s long and thick and very curly) and not increase the price? She said no she will not.Sadly and annoyingly; when I came to their shop for the appointment. The ladies said just when she looked at my Mum’s hair openly (untied) she changed her mind and increased the price to $50. All that my mum needed was a simple basic hair trim cut about few inches. We were so upset, they truely have mislead consumers and did not fulfil their promise as per over the phone with me for misleading customers for the pricing.Very rude and unprofessional - felt like they kicked us out of the shop and did not treat us as customers; well enough.0/5 stars. This is the second time that this has happened. I suggest do not go there at all.

I booked in to get a wash/cut and blow-dry and was hoping to like them and use as my local hairdresser.I waited ages before anyone even approached me so I had to go and ask when I would be seen as I had an appointment booked in.They checked the books and acted surprised I was even in there. Then told me they had three people ahead of me so could I come back another time or wait another hour at least.There was no apologies or even a phone call to explain they were short staffed so running hours behind.As well as that the salon seemed extremely dirty and unhygienic which during a covid pandemic time I didn’t think very professional.I will not return to this place to try and wouldn’t suggest going.

Jeyda, is the best for blowdrying with a bounce and colour application,She also has a natiral talent for makeup application ...a future makeup and hairstylist to the stars possibly !Sera, the Salon owner, is my choice when i want a restyle cut...her blowdrys are also perfect and create that bounceI seek, in fact her experience with all facets of hairdressing skills will not disappoint you ...my hair always looks special after my experience there ! I have been there 3 times. The first time there was a young hairdresser girl, who did a very good job. I went there on a Groupon voucher. So, I went there again. This time on a full price. The second time the shop owner cut my hair and it was a quite good, so I went there for the third time. Again with a voucher. This time it was very hard to book an appointment. There were different excuses and only my third phonecall was I able to book time. The lady owner asked me to come back in half an hour, although there were no customers there. She was chatting with a women instead. When I came back, there were two customers already sitting in chairs, so I had to wait until she finished them. Whike she was cutting my hair she kept complaining about people who buy vouchers and how she loses money by doing it. It made me feel really bad. The cut was not good this time, and she asked her young assistant to blow dry my hair. The girl didn't seem to know what was she doing, so I had to finish drying my hair myself, so I could walk out without people steering at me. Do not go there, particularly if you don't want to end up with a bad haircut and to be insulted in the process

Very professional and nice people, I had very long thick hair and I hated it once leaving I now love my hair so thank you very much :D will definitely come again.

I have mixed experience in this salon, sometimes very good, sometimes not so great. The salon is inside Eastlakes Shopping Centre.It looks a bit shabby and old like other shops in this centre but their prices are not that low comparing to other good looking salons ($35 for a lady's hair cut).Also their opening hours vary everyday, so I recommend to call them and make an appointment before you come.
