I have been a return visitor a number of times since this shop opened. Last time I ordered 2 family serves I was disappointed but thought maybe it was just a one off. Tonight my order was terrible the crab stick was so over cooked it was actually like a stick, the pieces of fish were not even as big as my phone ( no I don’t have the bigger size phone) yuck so disappointing. Maybe staff might need a workshop on how to take phone orders.

Tried twice in case the first time was just a bad night. Poor service, girl serving was extremely rude.. tried ordering a serve of chips and I asked for $5, was told I need to read the sign it's $4. Fish was okay, $4 chips which is enough for more than 1 person elsewhere was just enough for 1 person. Won't be returning.

Absolutely terrible… fish was so small… batter was thick and tasteless. No salt. Extremely bland. Seafood was so rubbery!

Amazing food. I ordered Menulog delivery and the food was still very hot when it arrived. Although I was missing my chips and tartare sauce, I called them to let them know. The amazing young man on the phone went above and beyond to apologise and solve the issue. As I could not drive to collect the chips and sauce he asked one of the Uber/Menulog drivers in the store (who were there for a different customer) if they could possibly drop them off to me. The driver agreed, was very polite and i had my chips not long after. Also there was a lovely message written on my chip wrappings apologising and wishing me a good night.So lucky to have these guys working in our area. I will definitely be returning for more awesome food and service. Keep up the great work guys.

The quality is amazing. Fresh oil, friendly staff, food is always fresh. Chips never ever fishy. A go back to always for us :) 100% recommend.

Ordered the $10 fish and chips for two at this recently opened outlet.Busy, but fast and friendly service.Couldn't believe the size of the very generous serving of both the fish and the chips.Beautifully cooked, crispy battered fish and tasty chunky chips. Generous quarters of fresh lemon.A great first experience here and will now work our way through the menu to taste the other offerings.Give it a try!

Worst seafood I've had from a fish and chips shop. Chips were fine, all the seafood in the fisherman's basket were overcooked and low quality with bad aftertaste. Some pieces burnt to inedibility.
