Great place to get your computer and peripherals. Just order on line and go and pick up. Simple.Not a place for window shopping but that's fine. Prices are good.

I made a order online for pickup and it was processed quite quickly after which I was notified that my order was ready for collection. Store has onsite parking and staff were courteous and friendly. Umart has competitive pricing and a wide range of brands and products to choose from.

I've had the pleasure of working with Umart through 5 different businesses over 20 years now. From a small business in Milton that has grown into a supply chain monster, they haven't forgotten their roots: Quality products, good service, and an excellent website that takes all the hassle out of ordering parts. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs anything in IT, from single parts to entire build PCs and Servers.

BEWARE THEY HAVE NO REAL WARRANTY. BUY FROM A REAL SHOP.I sent near new laptop away on warranty for a wobbly power connector and they sent me a bill for $2000 to fix it!!!! I'm not joking. If I dont pay the $2000 I have to pay $150 for labour for there the technicians eyelids to lift to look at it. OMG I REGRET BUYING FROM UMART SO MUCH

I went to Umart to ask advice and get some help with my first PC Build. What I got was even more then that, there customer service was excellent, they were patient and willing to have a good chat. They helped for me over 45mins looking over my parts, checking for compatibility and making adjustments to the components to get better performance for less $$$ I would highly recommend.

The guys here are fantastic. Especially the manager. Had an issue with some parts I purchased recently and rushed to the Chermside store on an afternoon to get it sorted. The manager even stayed back afterhours in order to troubleshoot it. If you are close enough to deal with these guys and you choose to buy at umart, you can rest assured that these guys will look after you.

I recently had a disappointing experience at a Umart store, it is a physical storefront filled with products on display. Despite being the only customer in the store, I was informed by the assistant that they only accept online orders and that I couldn't purchase any items in-store. To make matters worse, the store has no fast and convenient guest checkout facility, meaning that I would have to create an account and provide personal information just to place an order.As a customer, I value convenience and flexibility when it comes to shopping. It's frustrating to visit a store in person and be unable to make a purchase, especially when there are no fast and easy options for online ordering. I found it disappointing that the store did not have a guest checkout option, which would have made the online ordering process much more user-friendly and accessible.Overall, my experience at this store left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The inability to purchase items in-store and the lack of a fast and easy guest checkout facility has led me to take my business elsewhere. I would recommend that the store considers offering both in-store and online purchasing options, as well as implementing a guest checkout feature to improve the overall customer experience.

Very simple process to order online. Order was ready for collection within 4 hours. Staff were very customer focused and assisted to carry a large awkward box to the car for me. Always found this business to be efficient and knowledgeable about products. I do ish they had a phone number though to connect you to the store you are wishing to do business with

New RTX cards have a different power plug, require a support bracket screwed to the motherboard and are large to the point I wasn't even sure it would fit inside my case.Took my computer into the Chermside store, explained the situation and they helped me check and install the card. Well over an hour later, many screws and relocating some hard drives everything was installed and working great.Shout out to the team and to Young for being incredibly helpful, patient and understanding. Could not have asked for better assistance.Thank you
