Rob went above and beyond to help us out with our tech problem! sorted it ASAP and was happy to give advice and manage what needed doing! would go back to him time again!

Great service. Far quicker and more professional than all the kiosks (I tried A LOT). They even went right out of their way to drop my phone back to me when my car broke down. Thanks Robert, Isaac and team. Definitely recommend.

Do not recommend.After taking my HP Spectre in for a check (battery charge was not holding), I was advised it needed a new battery, i accepted the recommended package of approx $900, my laptop was returned to me in the interim of my battery being ordered and received. My laptop was not closed back up properly, I told the staff member, they told me it was because the battery was bulging, I saw the next day when I went to use it that the based hadn't been positioned in properly and so I had to screw it in myself after adjusting.After taking the laptop back for the battery replacement, I was later called to be told that there was a problem and that my motherboard had blown, unsure if there was something wrong with the battery.I was offered what I was told was a like-for-like replacement (older refurbished HP Spectre model), in considering my options, this laptop was no longer available. I was offered a refurbished HP Elitebook, with enthusiasm it was better than my Spectre - the camera hardware was not working. A further replacement was offered and this time a couple of the keys were not working. I was offered a further replacement, which after checking the specs on HPs site, were less than my Spectre (slower processor and small harddrive). I asked that I be given an actually like for like, to which i was told that refurbished HP Spectres are only found in the US and $2000USD+. After this call I found a refurbished Spectre on HP Australia's site for about $2000 AUD.I ended up having to buy a new laptop ($2000) and lost a ridiculous amount of work hours because I felt I was not receiving honest and true information, which was the case.The most annoying part was that staff were 'happy to do that for me', as if it were a favour that they were replacing my device which died whilst in their service.They 'were happy to' refund me the approx $900 that I paid them, which seemed like it was supposed to make me happy.I would not recommend King IT to anyone.

Very upsetting experience at King I.T. My nan went into the store to see if they could unblock her sick son’s number on her phone, as she is elderly she isn’t the best with technology and perhaps simple fixes. After a “diagnostics test” they are unsure whether there has been a solution and yet still charged her $100 (keeping in mind she is on a pension). A complete lack of humanity and simple kindness. Seems it’s a dog eat dog world and these guys love it.

10/10 service and great interactions everytime I visit these guys. They’re always happy and willing to offer great service and advice :) above and beyond for friendliness and helpfulness

I cannot recommend the King IT team enough. Great, friendly service. Very professional team who definitely know their stuff. See the team at Sunshine Coast plaza for all your IT needs!

Robert sorted my Bluetooth issues like a machine. Quick, efficient, friendly. I know where I'll be going if I ever need help with my tech again. King I.T. are the bomb!
