Best coles honestly I've been to all in these areas up to JB, you can't go wrong with excellent customer service, thanks to every employee there, thank to the manager for having excellent employees

My family drive 1 hour and 15min to this coles as my coles doesn't have the things we need sometimes , I have health issues that have disabled me atm and its hell travelling today I called coles and spoke to a amazing women called Lisa , she helped me with my online order as I'm not well and I am so grateful for her !!! COLES THANK YOU FOR HAVING SUCH A EMPLOYEE BEST COLES IN ALL OF SOUTH COAST

Rude and utterly charmless checkout operator Madeline - seriously I wouldn’t usually bother reviewing, but if you don’t have basic manners and think it’s ok to smash peoples groceries around get another job, if you can. So sorry to have interrupted you and the other checkout operator from doing absolutely nothing. Customers are such an inconvenience.

I went to coles Shellharbour looking for a specific grocery item I needed to complete a traditional Mongolian soup, and a incredibly generous (and very handsome and sexy I might add) worker with the name of ‘Andrew Benevante’ came in, flexing his deliciously postured claves to my rescue to help me find the item. He helped me find it within seconds and left me in a daze of formidable lust and haze.I will be coming back, please give him a raise and please give him a promotion.- a local customer.

Coles Shellharbour at Shellharbour Stocklands is one of the cleanest and well organised Coles supermarkets I have been in. It is well lit and the produce, flowers were fresh and well presented. They even had a wet floor sign in the produce department to let customers know the floor was wet, a big tick in my books. The produce department I give 5 stars. I gave it 3 stars only because of the staff were not helpful in the meat section. I wanted to know if they sold pork belly rashes and where I could find them and the butcher totally ignored me. I just put it down to he was probably having a bad day. Still if you work in the customer service industry you expect to deal with customers and their queries. I mean hello isn't that what customer service is all about, providing for the customers needs? Very disappointing other than that the shop itself was very satisfactory. The produce department just blew me away with their presentation, freshness and layout. Well done produce department! See for yourself in the photo's I posted along with this review.
