Would give a 0/5 if i could. Absolute blind backing from management of miscommunication and arrogance towards customers from staff, would recommend the staff going on a days communciations and relations course to sort their attitudes.

I usually get pretty good parts service from Seb, but today he was sick and I dealt with someone else here. Bought a new air filter for a Suzuki quad bike, and when I got home and opened it, I found a used dirty air filter. Rang about 3 times before anyone answered, and was told they're pre-oiled" I suppose I should be happy I wasn't charged extra for the dirt?"

Great when you buy something from them, not so good when you have a problem, I found Sabastine to be less than honest and yes I’m a grumpy old bugger but felt l’d been well and truely ripped off!!
