Very poor quality work. I bought an apartment and so many defects. Even they promised to deliver brand new dishwasher, at the end they gave me one with one leg broken which needs to be repaired. So many hidden defects which you might not find until your 90 days are over. I will add more details of defects for everyone’s visibility. They have not levelled up the floor before laying carpets. Gas leak. Damaged pantry cupboards. Windows are not sealed. Etc etcI regret for purchasing an apartment from Decode. Think twice …

I purchased my first home recently built by Decode. As a first home buyer, I was unsure of a few things. Customer Care provided friendly and helpful service by explaining my warranty terms to me. I am very happy with my home and am sure I will be well looked after.

The worst company I have ever dealt with! Our toilet needs to be repaired and it has been almost 2 months since we requested the service. every week was told the parts would arrived the next week! When try to contact them, the receptionist takes my number and tells me that one of the team members would call , but I never got a call back! Finally , after almost a 2 months wait , they emailed saying they would attend on Tuesday 8am . It is 9 am now and still nothing. Called their receptionist and same thing again... No one calls me back and I am still waiting here for them at 9 am after my tiring night shift ! Absolutely the worst! I have never seen such an unresponsive , unorganised and unprofessional company !

Tried to email just to confirm for the handyman to come and fix the issues but no response. The issues still exist before settlement until I moved for 6 weeks now, and the handyman supposed to come back two weeks ago to finish the job but nothing until now. Balcony's window list is missing parts, painting is not nicely done, poor quality of paint, lift already out ot service even though it's a new buildinga nd supposedly new lift, joinery problem still not fixed yet, bought this new unit but received a really bad scratches on bath tub that they still need to fix but no one has contacted me until now. Floor board also has issues that still need to be fixed. All of these issues are already exist before settlement.Worst ever.
