moved my piano that i was extremely attatched to. Stewart and his Team were courteous when they arrived, they explained everything to me on arrival and did not damage my piano. did not even need tuning.Highly recommend this business for any move because they take care.they clean up. they look presentable neat and tidy.Thankyou For your service.

This is the worst removalist company I have ever used, and would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Here’s a summary of how my move panned out:- I received a call on the day of the move, 5 mins before truck was to arrive, saying that they were unable to do the move due to staff illness, and that they had no other staff to assist with the move- they came the next day, with a guy from down the road that mows lawns, while the owner sat in the back of the truck for the majority of the day- half way through the move, they decided to ring someone else in to help because they realised that one person couldn’t move the content of an entire house by themself- they damaged a $3000 mattress, and refused to pay for damages. The mattress had to be thrown away due to multiple lumps that had developed from bending the mattress- I never received any compensation for damage to mattress, even though they advise they would put it through their insurance- they eventually ignored all follow up calls and emails regarding damage to my property that they caused during the move- I lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading, and they ignored correspondence- I escalated the matter to the administrative tribunal due the significant replacement cost of the mattress. All orders were ignored by the company.Completely unprofessional, they will damage your property during the move, and once you pay them they will not follow up any post removal concerns including damage to your property.They also trade under reliance relocations, so please be cautious dealing with this company as well.
