If I could give this company a million minus stars I would. I was involved in a hit and run on the 19/2, completely not at fault. And Gino's has not been of ANY help with no sympathy towards the situation all; the lack of sympathy would have been fine, had my car actually been fixed.The last two times my car has passed quality assurance" with further damage now.On the completion of the works the first time

Very poor service , vehicle had to be painted again, and took another month. Went 4 time to pick vehicle up and it still wasn’t completed to a satisfactory condition, on final completion I went to pick vehicle up and someone had opened there door on my door and dented the door. Gino’s try to give me the car back with the dent in the door. Far from a quality service and experience. Very frustrating??

Our car had been damaged in a small accident, not our fault. Staff at Gino's were very helpful, friendly and professional. The process was well communicated and seamless and the car was ready before planned. All in all a great experience and the car looks as good as new! Thank you to all staff!

When I got my car back from Gino's from body repair, panel beating services I could not believe how, immaculate and new it looked inside and out. Honestly, it was like driving a new car, the outside was gleaming and the detailing was superb. The administration staff I spoke to were fab, always on the ball, sent me updates regularly, gauging the progress of my repairs. Staff were obliging, highly professional and reassuring with any queries I had. Highly recommended by RAC and me.

I think it took us a couple of weeks or so to get a booking and then another two weeks to get a booking for the repair. So that’s the only downside we have experience is the amount of time you have to wait. However, once the car was in for the repair the process was smooth and we got the car on the date they have promised.The painting job was great and so happy with the loan car that they have provided.

Excellent repair to my X5 with paint matching perfectly. I was impressed with their repair tracking app. Provides an illustrated day by day progress report.

Ginos has to be the worst repair shop ever, they did an insurance job on my volkswagen amarok which had been in a crash. The repair was seriously low quality, razor blades where left in the engine, a bolt was left in my tyre, my bumper wasn't clipped in properly and the paint work was shocking. They screwed up everything about the job seriously shocking work are really really poor customer service will be in contact with the RAC

Amazing, the paint work is impeccable and the service aspect is of a standard others cannot match. They had a hire car promotion going at the time which included a shuttle to collect and drop off which was super convenient.The turn around was excellent too. They fit me in for inspection the next week from calling, had it back inside 2 weeks which included a public holiday and delay on a part that needed replacing.Things like putting paper on the floor mat doesn't sound like much but it just shows attention to detail, respect and care for the customers vehicle and a level of service that is rare.

If zero stars were possible these guys would have it.Most incompetent repairer ever.Over 16 faults found on getting my car back.Everything from bonnet hitting the bullbar, plastic arches rolled and tucked instead of brackets fitted and fitted accordingly.Wiring not done correctly and electrical taped up like a 5yr old would do.Guards not put on properly, mudflaps screwed into guard instead of quick release clips and the list goes on and onAbsolute disgraceful job.These guys clearly have no idea what they're doing and I would question every repair ever done there.I get alot of you don't know what to check afterwards and accept the job is done correctly but please avoid these guys over 16 faults done for what is a generally straight forward job...don't risk your vehicle or safety with these clowns.2 weeks after emailing the list of issues they haven't even bothered to contact me to rectify any issues.Absolute joke of a business.Stay right away from these clowns if you value your vehicle and your life.

Best accident repair service in Perth. Would recommend without hesitation. I have needed their service several times. These guys set the standard that's way above everyone else
