Just got served by the only staff working at 8.30am Thursday. Staff had mask under chin, around his neck. He should have served one person efficiently at a time instead of trying to do everything at the same time and nothing right. Coffees were all burnt, bitter and wrong.. I expected better

25/03/2022 friday 04:15 been there for coffee and the staff had no idea how to make it. No manners at all. Using bad slangs. I find it quite racist. He doesn’t know how to treat costumers. He was trying to do everything at once for all the costumers but he should learn to focus on one costumers at one time so that others don’t have to wait for 30 mins for 1 coffee. He didn’t even wear mask. He was trying to be hero but he failed. Sorry to say but he is not a good staff. Thanks

Ordered a salad from the subway here, Received a tiny box of lettuce and cheese with a side of slop. I requested a refund and was refused. I got half a salad.

Has become hopeless and terrible with faces at the counters oozing frustration and pain. Help them please so you help us. They don’t have to suffer and they don’t have to transfer their sufferings to us.

Not very clean for 11:30 in the morning and hardly any customers. Been sitting here for 20 minutes and no one has cleaned tables etc around us.

I felt like I was spoken down to this morning and made to feel like an idiot when asked questions about the car wash. Was a terrible customer service experience and would highly reccomend staff training.

The service tonight at subway was simply socking. The guy that served me just stood they and stared at me. I had to say hi and ask how he was got nothing back. He barely spoke me and seemed annoyed to have to asked me questions about my sub.
