Kakadu Beach
I grabbed a fish and chips from the shops no more than 100 meters up the road. Kakadu beach was a nice place to enjoy the food. Being on the mainland side of bribie island it make the water flat and safe to kayak in. The sand is alive with crabs of many varieties. If fishing is what interests you there are some good spots here to do so.

There's not much you can do here, no public access for most of the area other than a small hut for bird viewing. Nice environment and potentially a good spot for watching sunset

Beautiful walk to the 2 bird hides. Excellent place for migrating shore bird sightings. One of Bribie's best birding spots!

Kakadu Beach
A lovely place for a sunrise or sunset walk. The birdhides are great to see the shorebirds. Nice views of the distant Glasshouse Mountains.
