My unimig welder is great but forget about after sales support. Over a month to get a foot pedal out of these guys. So far going on a month to get a replacement head for my tig torch and no sign of it showing up any time soon.

Placed a order for a viper 120 with my work on the 11/6/21 still haven't received the welder or been able to make contact by phone or email.Even the new branch of unimig is passed off at them

Recently visited the fellows at Unimig in campbellfield, Victoria, spoke with Drago about my old mig and the issue I had with no wire haul off, he was fantastic in that he was honest, repaired the unit and got it back to me as soon as possible. Mostly I was impressed with his honesty, very knowledgeable and also how the store personnel were. Their people skills are great, they are helpful and nothing was too much bother, Drago also offered good advice and I certainly will continue to go there for my repair needs and for when I want to buy/ upgrade my mig, thankyou for everything . Poor form by the Luke chap from Melbourne on the phone today, had to go through the rep to get my repair sorted, Luke spoke rudely to me when I just wanted my problem addressed needs training in complaint resolution hope someone fixes my issue
