Absolutely horrible service and a company keen to take your money for no service (BEWARE).Similar to other reviews on Google my scenario included a booking under their terms and conditions with required booking information, full advance payment for transfer and then following up confirming details 48 hours prior to transfer. Upon landing at the airport after an overnight flight there was no transfer waiting, only an abusive guy called 'Bob'. After 4 hours waiting at the airport with two children under 5 and making multiple calls to 'Bob' and his driver as directed we were forced to arrange expensive alternative transport.After emailing multiple times evidence of the booking being made within terms and re confirmed just 48 hours prior to the trip they have still failed to provide a refund and have forced me to make appropriate complaints with the regulators.Buyer beware - We don’t recommend using this company at all.

Please avoid this company! I don't often write negative reviews online but feel like this time I really should. Bob's Airport Shuttle refuse to provide refunds (in breach of their own contract terms) - even when I agreed to deduct their ridiculous 25% admin fee"

I have been a long time customer of this company. For so many years, the service I have received is excellent. However, this has progressively degraded over time. For our latest pickup from Sydney Airport, we were delayed at immigration and baggage collection (out of our control). Our driver kept on calling to find out where we are. As I was unable to speak on the phone, I kept him updated on our progress via SMS. When we finally got out and got to the vehicle, he kept on scolding me (really?) for being 1.5 hours. I've told him that it's not 1 hour not 1.5 hours and that it was outside of my control even though I have already allowed an hour for potential delays. On the drive home, our driver has driving like a maniac on the road. As soon as we've reached home, he just opened the vehicle's boot and didn't help us with our luggages. Instead, he was more concerned on whether we have left any mess inside the vehicle. Go figure. Unfortunately due to this latest incident, they have permanently lost our business and can no longer recommend them to any family, friends or acquaintances.

What an absolutely horrible man….”Bob”…is the rudest and most condescending man I have EVER spoken to!I called the number for a quote. I was abruptly told that they don’t do phone quotes and was sent a link via sms to book online.I did the booking and received a quote with “price pending”I later received a txt just with the price and also an email…just with the priceI then called back the next day to confirm how to proceed.The call wasn’t answered but later returned by “Bob”….who after I said hello, did not introduce himself just said…”you called me”I asked who was speaking and he said “you would know….you called me”I then asked if it was the shuttle company and he said yes.I informed him that the quote didn’t specify a price but I did receive a sms and email with just the price written….no other instructions.He then said that I need to go back online and just pay.I then tried to repeat that there’s no option only to arrogantly be told that I don’t need to repeat myself.I told him that he didn’t need to speak so rudely. He then said he wasn’t rude but he has no time to talk about this!!!!!!Needless to say that I didn’t book with him and wished that I read the reviews prior!1 star is wayyyy too much for this terrible company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....You have been warnedWhat am absolute disgrace of a company.I booked a pick up for 5am, provided my address and paid online. Was advised @ 5am by the driver would pick me up @ 530am for a 7am flight - I didn't know whether the driver had to do additional pick ups etc. When seeing the van I waved and he proceeded to turn down the WRONG street. I then called the driver where he then began ranting at me saying he's now in a one way street and I would just have to wait and see when he could get back to me to pick me and that he couldn't come guarantee I would get to the airport in time for my flight...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I booked a shuttle in October for a job in January which cost $200. I had cause to cancel the service at the end of November. I called them and spoke to who I now know to be the owner of the service. He stated that staff would not be available to process the refund until the end of January.I sent emails on the same day of which they were all answered so I believed my refund would be processed as per their website requirements of giving a weeks notice(I gave 6 weeks notice at least) No refund has been processed. As far as I can see they are thieves and stole my money.

Took booking via phone and email and confirmed details. Didn’t send confirmation and then blamed me when it wasn’t in their booking system despite numerous follow up emails. Rude and will only accept bookings through the website. Would NOT recommend. 0 stars and a shout out to Katoomba Taxis for coming to my rescue. The only positive is that I didn’t even get close to parting with my money

Absolutely disgusting service. Followed their terms and conditions with required booking information, full advance payment for transfer each way and then following up for final details 24 hours prior to transfers, only to receive abusive emails suggesting they didn’t have this information on record and accept no liability.No answer or reply to phone calls, would only communicate over email which made it even more difficult, especially when our return transfer was being managed while overseas and time differences.Finally got them to take action with some force and email proof applied on the day of transfer.Don’t recommend using this company at all.

Not eligible for 1 star, Please don’t book any service from this agent absolute rip off as victim suggesting, lost my money complaint raised, should be banned on cheating people booked services month ahead not show on service date not answering calls and emails Please consider other providers

DESPICABLE AND DISHONEST SERVICE FROM A DISREPUTABLE COMPANY.I wish there was the option for no star. We were left stranded at the airport as 'Bob's' refused to pick us up. We had left Victoria earlier than planned due to them going into lockdown. We were not in any hot spots and were all allowed to return to work and school upon our return.Bob's promised us a refund several times as they had cancelled our pick up, but despite numerous emails requesting the promised refund, we are still waiting two months later. We had stupidly believed their empty promises as they were clearly just fobbing us off.I also wish I had seen these reviews prior to booking. I will also leave feedback on Trip Advisor in the hope that other people are not similarly cheated by a clearly disreputable company who does not value honesty or integrity.We will now be taking this up with Consumer Affairs.
