Just Brilliant !Great advice.Caring help.Didn't try and just ' Sell ' me stuff .Made the whole excersize really great.Chadwick ( Chad )was careing and sharing with his time and his advice .

2022 was the year I last saw my Audiologist, Chad Kennedy. And, today, we met again. I admire him for the outstanding job he's been doing on behalf of iHear. Kudos. I will return on the 26th April to pick up my new pair of hearing aids. Thank you.

I highly recommend iHear Parramatta & Chadrick Kennedy. Chad is both professional & relatable. He explains everything thoroughly & answers all of your questions. Communication with the iHear support Team has also been great (efficient & friendly).

Chad is always a pleasure to deal with. He is very helpful and explains clearly how to use the hearing aids. Being 86, I sometimes do not remember all the instructions but this is not his fault but mine. He has booked me in for 4 weeks time to see how I am handling the new aids. This shows his concerns after the sale.

We spoke to Chad, he was so well spoken and gave amazing advice. He treated my wife, daughter and I with respect answering all our question and explaining things in different levels so we all understood and were happy before we left. You are amazing Chad we are very lucky to have meet you.

It was a great experience for me. Dr Chadrick Kennedy is so professional, expert, and respectful. He patiently described every steps of the tests for me before the tests and explained the test results.

Ihear is incredible I would thoroughly recommend their service. They have a great team - I’m bed bound so Chad the audiologist visited me at home, tested my ears and prescribed excellent hearing aids - I’m picking up sounds I wasn’t even aware were there! The follow up service is excellent and the receptionist EKaterina is always on the ball making sure you are reminded of appointments and supplying batteries etc as needed. Outstanding service all round thank you.
