After School photos were delivered I discovered that that I had not ordered my daughters class and individual photos! I called these guys and paid over the phone for the photos to be re-printed two weeks later I have not heard from them nor have I received the photos. Poor customer service !

I've been sent the wrong class photo and the number they list says it has been disconnected. Then their 'contact us' online has a 'tech' error. Do they still exist?

I tried to order online my kids school photographs, and their website is the worse user experience ever. It won't recognise the school name or suburb despite typing many different variations. What's worse, they have the gall to charge extra for online payment.

School photos- the quality & colours of the individual photo is fantastic. Natural looking shot, fresh background - great. Very disappointed however with the compilation of these portraits! It is SO small! Such a shame to reduce these images to such a miniature size that you can barely recognise your own child and no hope of reading any of the names printed underneath! Other school spread these 100-120 portraits over 5 A4 pages in a booklet, whereas Lauren Daniels squeezes them into just over 1!

Lauren Daniels were new to my son's school this year, replacing another photographer. I have to say the style, quality, and presentation of the photos are great. My son's individual photos looked more natural too. Certainly a welcomed change from the traditional style.

I have just received the best school photos of my little boy! and they are by far the best i have ever seen done at a school for any of my kids.The green backdrop is a nice fresh change and the photos really stand out from the old boring style i've seen other school photographers do over the years. The photos are sharp, the lighting is perfect and the image is in precise focus. I could not be happier, thank you so much!

I had my sons school photos done with this company and what an amazing difference to previous years. So beautifully taken and presented. Such a point of difference in the end result. After seeing other work, we have an appointment set up for family portraits and I cant wait. Very professional and caring staff. I was surprised to see the one star rating and other comment on here as anyone who has been through the school photo process knows it takes more than two weeks? Nevertheless, we are so happy with our sons photos and so are many other parents, thank you.
