Kitchenworks Belrose

This was not a great experience. A basic design and then a loose introduction to a bunch of tradies to do the work, none of whom worked for Kitchenworks and none of whom had been told what to do on arrival. Next to zero project management and not a single person from Kitchenworks came to review how things were going or to look at issues. The renos took ‘months longer than estimated and every tradie charged more than was quoted because so little work was put into the quote.It would have been cheaper and easier to have gone direct to the kitchen cabinet manufacturer and engaged our own tradies.Also, be warned that Kitchenworks expect payment upfront for everything and claim this is normal business practice. Our kitchen has only recently been completed after starting at the end of January, mostly due to poor management and incomplete ordering of panels, doors etc.

From beginning to end we could not have asked for a better experience & amazing outcome than that provided by the wonderful professionals at Kitchenworks Belrose. Having one company willing to go that extra step & design & install our kitchen, laundry & bathroom cabinetry provided great stress relief during our renovations & was greatly appreciated.Michael & his team worked with us every step of the way, through the design phase, check measure & installation to ensure the end product met our expectations. They were flexible, informative & put up with our calls & emails - which were always answered.We can not recommend Kitchenworks highly enough! Thanks guys!!

Kitchenworks were outstanding in the renovation of my new kitchen. I started with a tiny, awkward kitchen and have ended with a modern, function and sleek space. Sam had some great ideas and managed to accommodate all my requests. The trades Kitchenworks use were also great with to work with, always arriving on time and delivering on budget. I couldn't be happier with how the kitchen turned out.

Have had the most amazing experience working with the ever patient and awesome Sam and Michael and the team at Kitchenworks Belrose. The level of customer service and responsiveness has been fantastic. Great communication and timelines met as per the schedule provided. Nothing was too much trouble. Sam has been a pleasure to deal with and is always available day or night, even weekends to answer the phone or respond to messages. The trades they use are also of high quality and take pride in creating an awesome space for a very particular customer with and eagle eye! It's been a wonderful experience, our kitchen is amazing!!! And all was done with a 2 week turnaround,. Very competitive pricing also compared to other quotes I had received, the cost difference was substantial. I would not hesitate to recommend Kitchenworks and/or use them again. Thanks guys, it's been great working with you!

KitchenWorks were great to deal with, really lovely people. They come up with a couple of excellent ideas and we were so happy we went with them. Their communication was excellent, they were very responsive to my messages, the schedule provided worked well and the job was done in 7 weeks! Considering the hold ups being experienced across the board in trades and building, pretty impressive.I would absolutely recommend KitchenWorks to anyone looking for an efficient and reliable kitchen team, a very reasonable price, and a fabulous kitchen.We are delighted ! We have finished up with a kitchen we absolutely LOVE! There is nothing we would change - it is everything we wanted and more.

Michael, Sam and the whole Kitchenworks team were incredibly professional to work with for our kitchen renovation. We are so happy with our renovated laundry and especially how beautiful the cabinetry supplied by Kitchenworx has turned out! We used Kitchenworx a few years ago for the renovation of our kitchen. The kitchen still looks like new a few years later, the quality is great and the design and setup that was suggested by Michael at the time has proven to work just perfectly. We still get so many compliments about how great it all still looks. For this reason we chose to work with Michael and his son Sam again for our laundry makeover wanting to keep the style and look the same and making sure to have the best quality as well. Planning, delivery and installation was seamless and quick while still competitively priced. We are loving the result! Thank you!

We are delighted with our beautiful new kitchen from Kitchenworks. The service was personal and responsive to our developing ideas through the design process. The installation was smooth and their attention to detail and fixing minor issues, including those that we hadn’t even noticed, was very impressive. Michael, Sam and Rhys did a fantastic job on our kitchen, butlers pantry and laundry. The whole team were so patient with changes that needed to be made, prompt replies, and made the overall process so easy for a first time renovator. I can't recommend them enough!

Worst company and customer service ever.We discussed our design with the owner or designer who came to measure and quote. We never got a quote. Then after following up multiple times, we received a quote that wasn't the design we wanted. We contacted them multiple times, mostly to no response or answer. Then the sub contractor they use turned up with barely any idea on what was going where. He had the wrong design on his plans so lucky we were there to show him.Then there were drawers and other items missing and not installed.Do not pay them upfront for anything.It's now been 4-6 weeks since original installation, they wanted to charge extra after a ridiculous quote to begin with.They will also rip you off if they get the chanceFair Trading is the next stop
