Absolutely brilliant customer service and excellent Hair cuts. Value for money is way better then any of the more upmarket hair salons and barbers I have tried in the cbd and surrounds.One of a kind hair salon, with great people and solid results.Very much recommended.

Friendly staff that feel almost like family when you walk in. Demi is a whizz with scissors and great at making you feel right at home. Really cheap for a great hair cut that will make you live yourself sick.

Was feeling so fragile before I walked in. Got the friendliest welcome from Ben and a very thoughtful and caring hair and mood transformation by Demi (I think that was her name?). My goodness I can't thank you both enough for fitting me in so last minute and for being so lovely. I'll definitely be back ^_^

Ben has owned Hair @513 for a long time. I used to get my hair cut as a child there.15 years later I got my first haircut from him and it was perfect! He took his time and was engaging with great conversation.

Went there last week. Didn't have an appointment, but (I assume) the owner kindly told me to come back in a couple of minutes as they were busy, which I totally understood. I came back and Demi cut my hair. I only asked for a trimming but her technique and advices were awesome, I took a risk and gave her permission to proceed with her recommendations. My hair looks sooo healthy!Thank you sooo much to both of you. Definitely will come back for another cut :)! Awesome service and customer service
