Submarine HMAS Otway
You can climb up to the submarines' deck.There are several other static displays around the HMAS Otway. There's probably space for a Virginia-class in the surrounding fields. Check back in 2070.

The remains of the HMAS Otway is on display here. The top half of the submarine was relocated here after it was decommissioned and is open to the public.

What an awesome place , there is a great Cafe on site and for your rv people there is fresh water and a dump point just across the road.

A great little stop off between Melbourne and Canberra, you can have a look at the submarines , have a skate at the little skatepark behind the submarine and then have a great egg and bacon roll , coffee, apple pies , vanilla slice etc.

Always a great stop to make in Holbrook - public toilets, cafe, park benches and table, plenty of open grassy spaces, playground and free entry

Fantastic place to visit! We had a lot of fun climbing onto the submarine and walking along the top was surreal .There is a museum but sadly it had just closed when we arrived, due to being a public holiday . Make sure to check the opening time for the museum beforehand .

Have not been back for more than 15 years. Used to be one of the stop off point when the kids were young. The place is done up with a cafe with plenty of parking and a clean rest room. Worth a short side trip as rest stop.

Nice little stopover...pretty town, grassy space, easy for children to run around and explore the sub. Toilets clean with soap and hand towels and dryers (unlike the freeway stops).

Just a typical tourist attraction but with memorable history. They also have museum and cafe if you are hungry after taking heaps of photos.
