Fire and Brimstone Barbeque
This restaurant is located in a great area, walking up the street and seeing the smoke billowing from the window set the right mood immediately. The venue is very much a sports bar where you can consume smoked meat, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the prices were all reasonable (maybe a bit high).Most of the food was top tier, from the onion rings to the pulled pork, the dipping sauce, and the side salad. The only part that wasn't top tier was the brisket - it had an excellent flavour but was a bit dry and chewy.Overall a great experience with a free mates and would definitely go back.

I got the mixed meat plate with Maryland chicken and burnt ends. The brisket and chicken was amazing, pulled pork was a little dry but just added extra sauce. Mac n cheese was so good, I was very happy they didn’t add breadcrumbs to it (a lot of places do now). The only thing I didn't like were the burnt ends. They were very very salty and they served in a salty/peppery sauce. I love burnt ends but these were a major let down.

Great atmosphere with a rooftop setting and big screens showing the footy. The Brimstone Feast is an epic platter, we had plenty left after the 3 of us were full and were able to take it home. Lucky we found this place as it was hard to get a seat anywhere for dinner on fathers day without a booking and this turned out to be amazing. Would love to visit again.

Brad and the team at Fire and Brimstone always go above and beyond to make sure you have a great culinary experience. We have been going there for years and will continue to go back. The BBQ meat is some of the best I’ve ever had. I recently tried the fish dish on the menu (salmon and more recently the mahi mahi) and it it was amazing!

Great food, let down by atmosphere and items unavailable. At 7pm on a Saturday night, to have run out of ribs and the burnt ends was disappointing for our first visit. The atmosphere is also not so great with a smoking area directly underneath, open to the eating area above, and fairly average tables and chairs, together with huge tvs blaring in every direction.But the food quality and value of what we ate was outstanding. Just a shame the atmosphere made us just want to get home to get comfortable.

We went for an anniversary and were presented with a card and a free house beer or wine in arrival! Such a beautiful touch! The cheeseburger (add another patty! ) Is amazing! And the brisket and pulled pork on the mixed plate are amazing.

We arrived quite early, as we didn’t have a reservation we were seated in the balcony area. We placed our orders at the counter and were given a number.We order the Mixed box which had a slice of brisket with pulled pork and the Beef short rib box. Both boxes was served with shoestring chips, coleslaw with a light dressing, sweet pickled dill cucumbers and a spicy sausage. Both meals were really good, we ordered a side of mozzarella sticks.The Hillside has a typical pub atmosphere.

Seriously good bbq for those non-herbivores out there.Travelling for work just got a whole lot better as I’ve found my new local when I’m around Norwest area.Friendly staff, amazing pit master who was happy to have a chat and share some tips. Much love for this place, will definitely be back again to sample some of those dry aged beauties.Thankyou for the delicious food and hospitality!!!

I had chicken Maryland here.. Although the flavour was okay it came out with lukewarm chips and chicken.. I wondered why it came out so quick. Wouldn’t recommend
