We have been taking our pets to Shoal Bay Veterinary clinic for the past 5years, and we couldn't be happier. The staff are so caring, and professional, they take great care of our fur babies.

I have anxious cat who becomes aggressive at my previous vet. Visiting here was a delight for both him and myself. He purred and rubbed against them. They let me know he was fine as I couldn’t go in room due to covid. I would recommend them to any cat owners. I will no longer avoid the vet. They are beautiful.

To be honest this is the very first negative review I have ever made. Several months ago I took my dog to Kerrie’s clinic and was so upset about the general attitude that after 12 years I decided I would never go back.My dog was very unwell and he was snatched out of my hands and taken into a separate room, when I called out to the vet asking why I couldn’t come in I was told that she couldn’t concentrate if I was in the room. I consider myself to be a very respectful and patient human being and I just wanted to talk about his symptoms etc.Ironically my friend took her cat in today and was also told that she couldn’t go into the room. I’m sorry but I just can’t understand this strategy as animals can’t explain there issues!Really!!!They are also still practicing Covid restrictions which is also absolutely ridiculous.
