I had difficulty ordering online (my own fault using paypal incorrectly) so I used the online chat help function and spoke with Garth who was incredibly helpful. It was a bit tricky to solve but Garth went above and beyond to help and we were able to sort it out within minutes. In my experience this level of customer support is very rare and made what could have been a really stressful experience a good one! I have a friend who has purchased items from GND Fitness and know first hand the products are excellent quality - and now I know that's matched by an even better customer service experience! so excited for my order to arrive!

I'm really impressed with the product and the service! I loved GND's XXL skipping rope so much that I ordered more but I made a mistake about the size. GND saved the day and are sending me the correct ropes now with a return postage bag for wrong ones. Fantastic!

Bought the Blue GND SR Speed Skipping Rope. Posted this review on their product page:Bought this product based on some google searches and thought I'd take a chance. I'm VERY glad that I did! I'm not new to skipping but I'm not that pro either, hence I was searching for a rope that was better than the average rope found at your local sports store. Tried my luck with GND and I can guarantee I have no regrets. The rope arrived within a week, and the product itself looks/feels great to hold.As some other reviews have stated, the rope doesn't get tangled and is surprisingly ready to use straight out of the bag (which is conveniently provided). The bearings are smooth and the rope is very easily adjustable, plus it feels 'balanced' and 'stable' - though I don't know how to describe that feeling properly. Used it every day since.I had a technical query so I contacted the sales team and they were VERY friendly, responsive and came up with a solution very promptly. If for nothing else (which isn't true because the product feels great) the customer service was delightful and very refreshing, considering not many companies are so on the ball. Overall great experience, will definitely be a returning customer.

Very happy with the skipping rope package I bought. Has been perfect in lockdown and high quality, much better than the generic ones from sports stores. One of the ropes had a fault with a screw (when I was manually trying to adjust the length) and GND were amazing with organising a replacement. Would definitely recommend.

GND is a great place for all your skipping rope needs. Customer service is excellent too. I even had a small issue with my first purchase and was contacted by the owner himself! Resolved & very impressed. Return customer for sure!
