Got a Jian Bing Guo Zi, the texture of the wrap was not impressive and a longer time on the stove to make the wrap more crispy might be great.

I tried to order an eggette yesterday night and the lady there was so rude. She obviously did not want to be there and had an attitude when serving anyone. I tried to order a mango eggette, but they were sold out? Then i tried the strawberry… sold out again! Dont even bother coming here. You are considered lucky getting something you ordered with a good attitude. Its just a waste of time and money.

The guy gave me extra toppings because I waited for a while. It's a bit pricey and the waffle puffs weren't sweet enough. I still like this place though.

Time for dessert! We shared for a mango ice cream eggette. It was okay. Big servings. Good for 2 people.The store is located at the entrance of the burwood chinatown. The one who got our order was not polite and felt like she doesnt want to get our order. Maybe she was tired?

I’ve been visiting this place for years since 2016, and it has never failed me. I cannot speak for previous negative experiences with staff others have experienced, but every time I came here in the past and just last week the staff always served me and my partner well. Fair enough - it ain’t spectacular, and their English is not great however it is not as poor as some others have said here.The eggette’s quality is always consistent, I went regularly in 2016 and five years later I came back and it’s still the same. The eggette is freshly made, thus very fragrant and delicious. It was fluffy on the outside and soft from the inside.If you come here, and even in one of the negative reviews you can see how it always has a huge queue. That speaks for itself.Do not let the voice of the rowdy minority of bad experiences drown out the silent majority of returning customers.

Had a plain eggette and a savory pancake fresh from the grill and they were delicious! Eggette was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Pancake had a bunch of toppings and went very well with the combination we selected. Prices are slightly steep but I was hungry.

UNBELIEVABLE! WAITED 45 MINUTES BEFORE WALKING AWAY WITHOUT MY ORDER COZ THE MOVIE AT THE NEARBY CINEMAS HAD STARTED. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MONEY - WHAT A JOKE!

highly recommend. If you like hot and spicy food, you have to try their pancakes, lots of flavours not only the spicy ones, and all taste good.
