Mini Masterminds Childcare Rockdale

I did my university placement at Mini Masterminds in Rockdale. The centre director Maria was warm and welcoming. She also gave me clear directions for high quality practice and centre procedures. I worked in the Leader room (4-5 years) with Miss Ekta and Miss Hiba, who are amazing educators that taught me so much about behaviour management strategies and school-readiness curriculum development. Annie and Zoe were very knowledgeable and gave me insight on documentation procedures. All the staff at the centre were kind and willing to guide me with any questions I had. The children and families at the centre are beautiful and I built strong connections with them in my short time there. I will miss the Mini Masterminds centre and I am thankful for the experience.

This daycare has a big drawback. They don’t care about age group. You can read multiple reviews about it, and I requested way to many times to have my children going to a room appropriated for their age. My youngest who turned 2 two months ago, still in the baby room, when they have 6 months old babies, and she doesn’t like that room, she only cried when I have to drop her in that room, and that breaks my heart.I’ve talked to other parents, and they’re all unhappy with the age group.Other than that, the care is great, just need better administration, that’s all.——Previous review:I love the educators, and management of MinimasterMinds Rockdale.They look after the children, and they are very caring.They have educative activities, and they share pictures on the app.I just wish that there was a good way of preventing parents sending kids that are sick, even though they have medical clearance. Every week my kids go to Rockdale centre, they come back with more and more germs.So be aware when you are about to finish your parental leave, as you are going to need a lot of Career leave to look after your little ones.

We have been sending our son here for the past six months after moving into the St George area. To date we are so happy with the professionalism the centre offers. Our son has never been happier coming home after a day at day care. The centre is very clean and and educational.

I’m a parent of a 2.5year old and she has been going there for a while , I’m a pretty anxious parent as I’m sure I’m not the only one. Leaving your children in the care of others can be hard but I won’t look back. I love jaimee and the team as they make me feel at ease leaving my baby in their care . I love you guys and thank you so much for all you have done for my baby and many more.

Mini mastermind Rockdale, such a great place to work, Grow, play and career progression as an educator and becoming the friend and educator to all the children. Such a collaborative and fun place to work. Great management. Excellent work life balance. Immediately you’re surrounded by incredibly capable people, where you’ll find yourself growing, and uncovering abilities beyond your wildest expectations. Great high-quality learning environment natural and sustainable. Very supportive and in-depth trainings in staff meetings. Continuously surrounded by friendly families , Educators and community. I have enjoyed and learnt so much the past six months I have worked for mini masterminds and look forward to the journey ahead with mini masterminds.

Mini masterminds rockdale is a home away from home for my babies and also my wife and I. I’m so thankful for the team both internal and externally. My children love coach Joseph who comes in and plays great music and has such a great preschool program mixed with sports. All I hear at home is ‘Hit it DJ’.Well done Jaimee and Team who always go above and beyond for our children and also parents. bring on 2023!

My children have been at this centre for almost a year and absolutely love coming. Their educators are wonderful, caring and inspiring individuals all part of an amazing team. The team at this centre care about my children and provide an amazing educational experience for them through excellent class planning, fun sports and activities, amazing nutrition and a wonderful nurturing environment. Love the whole team!

The centre is beautiful, with loads of indoor/outdoor space for children to learning, explore and grow. The staff are friendly, passionate and engaging. Knowing the kids are in a place they love means I can get on with my day.

Wow, what can I say! This centre has not only gone above an beyond for my kids but has accepted us as apart of the family from Day 1.The educators are caring and nurturing and we definitely felt at ease leaving our kids from open through to close. As we run a small busy business we needed to make sure our kids were well looked after but also received an education as well.When Kyriakos started, he was a shy toddler and had troubles expressing himself. He is now a bright young inquisitive boy who loves learning.Nikolaos was my baby who would cry and not sleep when he first started but built a special bond with his educators who have seen him grown into a cheeky, caring and bright toddler who even had his first steps at the centre!As a family we have always been accepted as apart of the Mini Masterminds family. From the start the staff have always been welcoming and open. Covid lockdowns where especially difficult however all staff were very helpful and understanding and made sure the kids were happy and healthy the whole time.Cannot recommend Mini Masterminds enough. Definitely one of the best in the industry.

The Service Manager Jaimee and her Team of Educators are Fantastic always providing the best quality care and education. We have been impressed with the service since we started and could not be happier to have our children in such a high quality education service. Our children come home each day eager to tell us what they have learnt and all the yummy food that the chef makes fresh on site. This service deservers a 10 star rating.
