The booking system is absolutely horrible. Waiting 6-7 hours for a doctor to call just to confirm a test result and call is made past midnight with working 6am the next day. Still have had no call back. I’ve had to make bookings each night and hope I’ll be awake for the call. Absolutely appalling customer service towards patients who are in pain and in need. Stay right away from this clinic. Go somewhere else where patients are appreciated

I came here on Tuesday night after 12 and was able to see doctor Nabegha straight away with no wait after taking an appointment online. Great service by reception and great experience from the doctor

Extremely friendly and professional staff and Dr's...1st impressions were the cleanliness and politeness of receptionist upon entry...all members were of Isra Medical should be treated with respect as that's how I was treated.

I honestly can’t find the proper words to describe how unprofessional, unethical, dishonest and inhuman these people are. Hours and hours of waiting late at night with no update or communication with patients, just to be sent home after that as the manager told me “if you don’t like it go home”. The Waiting time keeps increasing with no justified reason. Very dishonest and unclear about the waiting time which makes it frustrating. Save your patience and hours of your life and never go there!

Managers and workers and drs a liars they made me wait 5hrs as I booked the wrong dr and than promised me that dr will call me at 12 don’t worry explained to him that it was double booked as we new to this system of booking online, it’s 1am now been waiting since 6pm May ALLAH take my huqq in this world if it was intentionally

This medical practice placed my wife, unborn child, and son at serious health risk by failing to inform me of the result of a medical examination. The Doctor said they would advise us of the results but failed to results, leaving us anxious & at risk of a worsening medical condition. I discourage anyone from using their (so called) service.

Amazing service from all the girls working at reception. They are doing an amazing job especially with the new online system (which is so convenient!). Doctors are also very friendly and attentive. One little child was crying and very stressed, then the manager came and gave her lollies which was very nice to see. Happy patient happy life. Very good medical centre.

This clinic is the absolute worst medical centre in Australia. The management and staff are extremely unprofessional and do not care about the customers what so ever. Everytime I call for a phone consultation at 6 which is when they open, they tell me that apparently they are fully booked. How is that possible when they literally open at 6, so how can u open at 6 but also be fully booked at 6. Everytime I put my name down for a phone consultation I never get a call. Last night I stayed up till 2 am waiting for a a call back and never got one so I called today and they told me my name was never even on the list, then they proceeded to put me on hold and hung up.If you need any attention or care don’t even bother going to this place you will end up dead because they could not care less about anyone. The staff is extremely rude and so is the manager. This clinic is absolutely useless. DO NOT GO HERE.

One of the worst doctors that you can deal with .. They do not know anything with medicine .. My daughter had an perforated appendix and the doctor made me go home and at night I took her to hospital and we spent three weeks in the hospital and we are still .. I advise you not to deal with them .. They have no experience in the lowest medicine information ،،See you soon in court

I have never been to a medical centre more accomodating and lovely than this one. The receptionists are so polite and listen to your concerns and help you as best as they can. Didn't have to wait long at all, was sent in after only 10 minutes! Staff and doctors are professional. Will definitely come again for any medical concerns. Keep up the amazing work!
