I must say how nice it is when I walk into Merchant St Pharmacy. Staff are very welcoming and delivering wonderful service. I appreciate Scott having my Webster packs ready on time for me to collect. Worse customer service ever..they do not deserve even single star. I hope I have read their reviews before visiting these rude bunch of faces. Seriously ruined my whole day

love living in the area, so that the wonderful people here can help. I needed things, they helped me every step of the way. in and out, couldn't be better.one star off cause they're a bit pricey, but I don't hate them for that.

Great little pharmacy tucked away in Docklands! Staff are very friendly and helpful, with the shelves offering everything you need from a trip to the chemist. Not too mention the great selection of little gifts, that can be a lifesaver when you need a quick present. Will become my regular!!!!!

Our favorite pharmacy without a doubt! Kasia has been super kind and helpful to assist us in getting the medicines we need, she’s very detail-oriented, offers great advices and never fails us! Other staff are nice too, we always feel welcome when we’re there.

Scott goes above and beyond to assist, the ladies are absolutely lovely to myself and my daughter, helpful kind and warm. Amazing quality gifts available really unique products for baby gifts and kids. Absolutely gorgeous shop!People seem to be unaware that it's standard for pharmacy's to charge gold coin donation for sighting and signing documents, it can take alot of time and increases the waiting time for other customers who are waiting on prescriptions. You pay for the service, I don't understand the problem. Go to the police station and wait up to an hour to have them signed if you refuse to pay.

If I could give no star to leave a review I would. This 1 star for the lady whom I spoke and conforted me in the pharmacy. She is the star in that horrible place. The owner also the pharmacist, was extremely condescending, ignorant and lack of compassion.No one goes to pharmacy for fun, people go there for remedies especially people with discomfort and illness.During this special time- covid lockdown, it is absolutely normal to conduct phone consultations with their GP or doctors. Having prescription emailed or faxed to pharmacy is absolutely not uncommon. Especially I have contacted the pharmacy prior of my visit just to confirm that they accept digital prescription and confirm the email address for sending prescription through.Having network issue or some unknown issue email communication between my GP and the pharmacy has failed both way, my GP was simplely hoping to talk to the pharmacist to discuss what other possible solutions or maybe there's another email can try, the pharmacist literally starting to walk away, refused any conversation with my GP and abruptly dismissed me. Left me strained in the pharmacy with no help.

When living in Docklands I attended this pharmacy regularly for my Diabetic products. Anything they didn’t have they ordered in for me and they made sure to call me when my products came in the next day. Absolutely lovely staff who remembered me when I came in every time. Lovely pharmacist as well. They also accept digital prescriptions for my other medications and everything was fast and pleasant. I’m very sad to be moving out of the city to the eastern suburbs as I will miss the staff and exceptional service there. - Jasmine Moore ♥︎
