We called NBB today regarding some issues we had with the wifi, Simon came out promptly (same day) assessed and fixed the issue. In the meantime he was also able to assist us with getting Internet on the basement of the house (a place we never thought would get wifi, due to all the walls). However within 10 mins he had us up and running with incredibly fast wifi and did it all with a smile on his face.Thanks so much Simon at NBB! :)

I cannot speak highly enough about Karen and Simon from NBB. Having had a problem with NBN for over 6 months i turned to NBB for help. Karen and Simon came out and spent an hour with us and provided truly independent advice that solved our problem Thank you NBB. If you need a new broadband solution these guys are the best.

Fast speeds both upload and download with NBB. I highly recommend. Locally owned and personal service, they care about their customers. Forget NBN, this is a much more superior product.

NBB were very consultative and I really trusted the authenticy of the advice Karen gave me on which would be the best option for me to take to get onto NBN. There was no high push Sales pitch. The broadband I have now is so fast and I am very happy with the customer services of the provider. Its been a life changer.

For consistency, support and the stability of the service (and we really only notice it when it is not there) then NBB has been an exceptional provider and supporter for all the years I have been a customer.

Northern Beaches Broadband at Newport, NSW provide out internet services and it is the best service I have ever experienced. Not just the internet speed and quality but the service provided by the staff on the rare occasion when we have had issues. We've had two internet outages in recent times, none related to the provider, but they responded immediately, fixed the issues (one by accidental cut cables and the other by water damage). They responded quickly, identified the issues and fixed them immediately and without charge. They are friendly, efficient and reliable and I can thoroughly recommend their product and service. Five stars from me!
