I had a great time at M1FC. The coaches are really nice and friendly and very skilled in teaching you. Really helpful staff, a family owned business and a really welcoming club. 5 stars.

Complete noob at 35, said I'd go into M1FC for a look, staff and everyone else were super friendly, great welcoming atmosphere. Tried out the beginner BJJ class and could not recommend it enough. Great to learn for anyone and I'm super excited to learn more and more.Thanks guys!

Excellent gym, have visited Perth and trained Jiu Jitsu here for the week and have had an awesome experience. Habby and Lynda have been very hospitable and the classes have been incredible.Super high level training, great training partners and awesome atmosphere. Will be definitely be training here when I eventually move to Perth.Thanks heaps M1FC, legends!

Been taking the entry level BJJ classes here for a few months now. Absolutely loving it and wish I’d done it sooner.Instructors Nash and Izumi are awesome, friendly and master teachers. Couldn’t recommend more !

Great Martial Arts gym. Number of different classes to choose from with a very flexible timetable. High level trainers with a lot of experience. Always staying on top of keeping the gym very clean even though they have so many classes throughout the day! would highly recommend M1FC :)

Walked in nervous, Knowing I have never done any form of Martial Arts before. Welcomed by CJ and the team, feels like a family at this gym. Comfortable, non judgemental, inclusive. All round great gym and awesome group of people. Give it a try, you don’t know till you try!! Glad I did, you will be too!!

Known Habby and Linda through family and friends for years, I'm rapt my daughter Allegra has chosen Mach 1 to train and fall in love with mixed martial arts.Wouldn't trust anyone but the family at Mach 1 to train Allegra.

Trialled the Beginners MMA class and No-Gi BJJ. Instructors were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and easy to understand. Even with a larger class the BJJ instructor made time for every student. Classmates were very friendly and helpful too. Will definitely be back for more!
