High Performance Training
Harry is a fantastic trainer! He is genuinely interested in his clients, he took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve. The program devised was exactly what I needed and the results have been fantastic. The sessions are challenging as well as being great fun. My fitness has improved out of sight! He ensures that every movement is done correctly to avoid injuries. I can thoroughly recommend Harry to anyone who wants to see great improvements in their fitness.

Harry is an awesome personal trainer. He completely cares about getting the best out of all of his clients. He takes time to plan his sessions for each individual.The sessions can be difficult but I always look forward to training. The environment is so welcoming, you don’t ever feel like you are being judged or putdown, I easily walk in to people smiling and enjoying their training. Harry always takes the time to make sure you are doing all exercises with correct form to prevent injuries and get the most out of every session. Sometimes I am shocked at how quickly I am improving not just in the gym but even in everyday life. I truly recommend harry for anyone with any fitness goals.

High Performance Training
Harry is such an amazing personal trainer and i would recommend him to anyone. He is so motivating and determined to help you to achieve any kind of fitness and health goals you are after. I have been training with him for the past 6 months and have put on a substantial amount of muscle in such a short amount of time. The gym he works at has a huge variety of gym equipment so makes it very easy to train there.
