Excellent customer service! We just made it before 11am cut-off for breakfast and staff were wonderful. Took our order and advised order would take a little longer than usual. We were happy with that. Actually the order was fairly quick really, the coffee tasted great to me, the best coffee I've ever had at an HJs. Food was okay. Thankyou staff.

More expensive than other HJ's, too much mayo in the burger, see picture, and hardly any onion, one thin part of an onion ring, had to search to find that. Chips were sensational but won't be going back in a hurry because of the burger

First time visit for a drive-thru bite on the way home. Bright flashy boards make it hard to work out sizes & prices. Absolutely zero acknowledgement from the pickup window. Had to ask twice Is that everything?". More interested in chatting.Nuggets were bland but the chips were great. Service lacking in a big way!"

This Hungry Jacks is always tidy enough and the rush seems to be of a consistent pace too, so getting service isn't very difficult. Been eating from here quite regularly as it is close to my house but never had any complaints. Staff seem knowledgeable as well, otherwise some fastfood stores are notorious for getting the orders incorrect, but this outlet seems to train their staff well enough.

We've been visiting this one for couple times and not really satisfied with their service not food. Since it's recently opened, as for the facility it's new and nice. For food, well somehow it was way worse to dine in bc the burgers were so unfresh, tables were dirty, it seemed like nobody cared it. Takeouts were better than that. Oh and my little suggestion is to place a menu other than the screen board since it has too many small words, which were not clearly visible. Had a little struggle with ordering.

Overall it is what you would expect from a fast food outlet. Fast, and fairly friendly. No problems with the food so far and only 2 wrong orders so far in 5 years of frequenting here!!! So yeah. Good job.

Disappointing when the pork belly burger comes without any pork belly! Staff obviously need more training. Sent feedback and requested a refund and got no response. Terrible customer service.
