These guys know their stuff, took my wr450f in for valve adjustment and suspension work. Totally professional and affordable. I’ve been there a few times to buy hand grips etc for my sons bike. Highly recommended. Staff are so good to deal with. Will be going back again. Best I’ve dealt with.

Store is tidy. First visit, spent nearly 20 minutes looking over a few bikes that we were interested in. Not a single staff member came to enquire with us. Our 2nd visit was the open day/breakfast bbq. Again, walked into the store in casual clothes (drove there rather than rode), and we were ignored again. 2 people who rode in and had full gear on, were spoken to straight away.I understand one customer in the grand scheme of things may not be a huge concern to Brisbane Yamaha, but this time they missed out on an experienced rider getting a bike of interest, finance/insurance and a positive experience being spread.

This dealer has been around for a long time....no wonder!I needed a couple of battery terminals bolt nuts....Easy??? Not at all..however after few attempts I remembered the ever helpful service dept at Yamaha Caboolture...they supplied me with 2 sets and no charge!! ...t Hank you guys!!!!
